• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled for any reason before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If any single event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be counted as 1.00.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Melbet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Match results are verified against official sources governing the outcome.

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Melbet platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Any activity aimed at exploiting or manipulating the bonus system.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Deposits made through money laundering or illegal funds.

You can close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently.
